While I pack all shipments as best as I can, I am not responsible for delays, damages, or lost packages from USPS or UPS. Every shipment is insured for the price of your plants through Shippo. If shipping through USPS Priority your package is insured additionally up to $100 (through USPS directly).

Please check your weather before purchasing, and add heat packs to your order if necessary. We highly recommend shipping via UPS 2nd Day Air for temperatures below 40 Degrees F.

If you need to file a claim, for USPS I recommend filing directly with them so you can get a direct reimbursement. Otherwise, I am happy to help with any claims necessary! The best way to contact me is via Instagram DM (@grown.wright).
